If snowfall exceeds 1 inch, we’ll automatically schedule a snow removal service for the following day. You will be notified of the booking of the service, and will be sent reminders prior to each scheduling.
Absolutely! If you’d prefer specific dates and times for snow removal, simply notify us, and we’ll work around your schedule. You may also schedule a snow removal request through the link in the email you will receive post purchase.
You will receive a notification 24 hours before your scheduled service, followed by a reminder on the morning of your appointment. We also send a notification when our team is on the way and another one when the job is complete.
Please make sure to remove any vehicles from driveways and clear a path to the areas that need service. This ensures our team can work efficiently and safely.
These details will be available in the email you receive prior to your service taking place. We will have availability throughout the day based off of a first come - first serve bases in addition to other factors such as route, daily volume, etc.
