Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between [Mr. Plow] ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") and our customers ("Customer," "you," or "your") for snow removal services. By scheduling or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. Services Provided

The Company provides 3rd party fulfillment snow removal services, which may include, but are not limited to:


Snow plowing for driveways, parking lots, and private roads.

Shoveling of walkways, steps, and other designated areas.

Ice removal and application of de-icing products (e.g., salt or sand).

Scope of Work:

The specific services to be provided will be outlined in a service agreement, work order, or invoice.

Services are provided on a one-time, seasonal, or as-needed basis as agreed upon.

The season of which our services operate under include "November 1st - April 30st" of the applicable calendar year. Eg November 1st, 2024 - April 30st, 2025 is by our definition, a season of operation. 

All plans are based on one 6 month season including any plans that advertise unlimited services. Unlimited services are valid within the time period of the season only. 

  1. Scheduling and Timing

Service schedules are subject to weather conditions and operational capacity.

Snow removal is generally performed after a snow event meets or exceeds the threshold agreed upon (e.g., 1 inches of accumulation).

Emergency or unscheduled services may incur additional fees and are subject to availability.

  1. Pricing and Payment

Custom & quoted prices are based on the size of the area to be serviced, snow depth, and any additional services requested.

Payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement. Customers may be required to pay:

Per visit/Per plan.

In advance for seasonal contracts.

After completion of services for one-time agreements.

  1. Cancellation and Rescheduling

The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to severe weather, equipment failure, or safety concerns. Customers will be notified as soon as possible.

  1. Liability

The Company will take reasonable care to provide services without causing damage. However, we are not liable for:

Pre-existing damage to surfaces, landscaping, or structures.

Damage resulting from improper installation or maintenance of pavement, curbs, or similar structures.

Any slip-and-fall incidents after services are completed.

Customers are responsible for marking or disclosing hidden obstacles (e.g., sprinklers, drains, or landscaping features) to avoid damage during service.

  1. Snow and Ice Conditions

Snow and ice are natural hazards. While we strive to maintain safe conditions, the Company cannot guarantee complete snow or ice removal.

De-icing services are provided as requested but do not ensure prevention of ice formation.

  1. Equipment Access and Obstructions

Customers must ensure that the property is accessible for snow removal equipment.

Vehicles, trash bins, or other obstructions should be removed before scheduled service times. The Company is not responsible for areas that cannot be serviced due to obstructions.

  1. Force Majeure

The Company is not responsible for delays or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Extreme weather conditions.

Power outages.

Equipment failure.

  1. Termination of Services

The Company holds the right to terminate services with written notice. Refunds for prepaid services will be issued at the Company’s discretion based on services rendered.

The Company reserves the right to terminate services for non-payment, unsafe conditions, or repeated violations of these Terms.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

  1. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes.
